Our Delivery Service is operated by Royal Mail, using a variety of First Class services

We always aim to send same day or next day

For larger orders, we may occasionally use alternative couriers.


If your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return.

We will require photographic evidence before we can process any refunds or replacements.

When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the postage costs. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit to us, so we recommend using a recorded service to return your item. 

Please retain your proof of postage receipt until you are certain that your item has been received by us, as items lost in transit will not be processed.

Refunds for faults will only be processed if we deem the item to be faulty.

Refunds and replacements will be processed within 10 working days and all refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
